I chose this faucet because if I decided I didn't like one or both of the sensors they can easily be disconnected and then the faucet is just a normal faucet again. So far I'm liking both touch and motion active at the same time though. I wish it stuck out over the sink a little more but that's just personal preference and not a defect of the product.Troubleshooting:After installing I found that the touch sensor wasn't working on the top half (arm and coil), but it was working on the bottom half. I found that tightening the two hex screws on the back where the arm attaches gave the top half the connection that it was missing and it has worked perfectly ever since. Hope this helps anyone experiencing the same issue.However, the touch and sensor didn't work initially. I had the dc plugged into a samsung base. Once I switched it out to a generic base, the water flow stopped. That did not really solve the problem though, since now it seems the sensor and touch don't work to turn it on and now I cannot even use the lever to turn on my water unless I unplug it. So what was the point in paying for a sensor that doesn't work? I might return and get one that doesn't have the sensors so I don't feel like I wasted money on hopes. I will wait for them to respond to my troubleshooting email first though. If it can be fixed I will add back the 2 stars I took from this beauty.This kitchen sink was easy to install and I did not run into any issues installing it. Unfortunately the sensor at the bottom of sink would keep triggering when I wash my dishes and there is no way to adjust the sensors sensitivity and range. I think I should have gotten the one with only touch controls or a sensor behind the faucet head. There is also no way to have the faucet in shower mode, the button is being held by the pressure of the water. So when you turn on the water it will always be in a single stream. I do like how much pressure it can produce and the fan mode. It is very sturdy and well built, but I think the sensor position should be changed.So the usb plug-in did not work on my item at all. It won’t power the sink and the faucet drains batteries like crazy. Need to return probably but such a hasselThis is a great product. I love it so nice when your hands are covered with flour and you don’t have to touch the Fossett.
