The quality of these pans is excellent, far surpassed my expectations. Thick-walled, comfortable handles...and best of all, really, honestly non-stick. When they arrived, I decided to give them the true test-rinsed one of the pans, dried it, put it on the gas stove and fried an egg in it-NO oil at all-and the egg slidout when it was done. Have used them every day since I got them, my old pans went straight to a charity drop box. Cleanup is a snap. Couldn't be happier with this purchase, hoping they hold up as well as I think they will.
