It does pull out enough to fill a pot outside of the sink which is nice! Over all very happy!This is just over 15” in height, not the 17” as describedI ordered this to replace an older, but still working, low faucet I struggled to rinse larger pans under in our RV. This beauty not only looks good and solved my pan rinsing issue but it sprays well on both city water and RV water pump. This was simple and easier to install compared to a similar faucet I have in my home. Instead of a large threaded brass nut that required me to purchase a basin wrench for. This has a threaded brass collar you run up and hand tighten then use a screwdriver to tighten 2 bolts securing it in place, nice! You won't need any special tools to install this if you're replacing an existing faucet. The sprayer is the type that pulls out and has a weighted ball to aid in pulling it back in. You will need some free area under your sink for this to function smoothly otherwise you'll be pushing it back in.All the components have some heft to them except the spray head, which it plastic clad in brushed stainless. I'm very pleased with it and haven't ran into any issues, although I haven't had it long to know how long it will last, but if something comes up I'll report back. It's a nice faucet with a fair price point.Hopefully this was helpful, Thank you!If I'm going to install one of the budget friendly faucets that I'll likely replace in a few years, I'm looking straight to Amazon, since there's much more selection to be found in different styles! HD and Lowe's all have their house brands coming from Asia as well, with limited in-store style choices. Having used the Moen's and Delta's only in the past, I never find those lasting any longer when they're constantly wet everyday (always dried at the end of the day) and find myself replacing bottom seals and/ or having the bases rot away if they're brass and corrosion starts creeping up after a few years. This one is being used outside on a potting bench for an environmental exposure torture test to see how long it'll last in the elements.So far, I'm loving the style and functionality of the spring loaded neck and maneuverable hose! Single handle ease of operation for grimey hands when gardening with lots of room with the 360 swivel ability to move out of the way. I hope the nickel finish holds up outdoors!Standard 3/8” male connector for faucets is all that’s needed for this faucet. You can get these at any local hardware store as they're standard sizing. I'm not sure why the instructions call for 9/16” UNEF, but these are 100% 3/8" fittings.Wow... That's really all I can say. This matte black kitchen sink faucet is an absolute show stopper.It is heavy duty - definitely a super high quality metal that feels heavy, so you know it's metal throughout, not just metal coated.Installation was pretty easy. We had two people doing it to ensure it stayed steady and we had the right fit. Nothing too difficult.The look - I can't get over how sleek this matte black faucet looks.Overall, super super happy with this purchase and highly recommend this faucet!the installation was not as simple as stated in the instructions! the water supply hoses were VERY short, they did not, in any way, reach the water supply. i had to go to the hardware store to find male converter connectors to connect the water supply hoses. Not really that big of a deal.. except for my hardware store didnt have what i needed, so i had to do some leg work to find it. THEN... the beveled end on the male connector did not fit, it was too long, it wouldn't even thread, we had to cut the beveled part of the fitting off. after that, it was simple. so, buyer beware for that part. other than that, the faucet is fantastic. we have more water pressure in the kitchen than we have had before, which is amazing. It's a little lower than i expected, but that is fine, because the faucet is extremely maneuverable. i loved it so much, i ordered one for a friend, so yes, i would recommend this product.
