Much more heavy feeling and tighter then the one I replaced. Wish it was 6 in longerI am happy with the outcome, really upgrades my kitchen and functions well!I read a lot of of reviews before I made my purchase and happy with this one. My contractor said it’s great quality. Has double shut offs. Basically if one fails the other will prevent any leakage people complain about. Also my contractor put in a shut off valve at the back of my stove bc any product can fail and if you have a pot filler you need a shut off valve! Very pleased.I was surprised by this product's quality. The product was well protected inside the box. It feels heavy and has a great finish. This pot filler faucet costs way less than other name brands. I hope it will last.I started having problems with my pot filler with the upper arm at the joint as I noticed some water at the joint, it's not much but never the less, so I decided to contact the seller. I was advise by the seller in detail with pics to remove the upper arm and tighten a nut that sits in the middle of the joint which I did but didn't work so I contact the seller again once again I was told it should have work, if I follow the steps, if a o-ring seal was still on, if I could send a video, at this point I became doubtful of the seller. After going back and forth I had to tell the seller that the pot filler was defective and I was claiming a replacement under the warranty. The seller did indeed honor the warranty by sending a replacement pot filler and for that two thumbs up!! Conclusion if anyone beings having problems be aware that the seller will want you to work with them understandable but to a point peace of mind 5 yr warranty.We love the look of this pot filler faucet and it seemed very sturdy, but we have been cooking in our new kitchen since the week before Christmas (2021) and our is already leaking. The plumbers installed it as we were completing our new build and it was fine at first, but now it seems the shut off valve closest to the wall is leaking and we are not sure how to repair it (or if you can). Our plumbing to the pot filler does not have a shut-off valve so we are going to have to keep a pot under it and shut off our water to repair it. VERY inconvenient!First time I’ve had one of these and it’s awesome. We just put it in our new house and are thrilled with it. The first time we used it we had a small sauce pan to cook a small amount of pasta. I thought that when I turned it on it would splash all over the stove with the faucet being so high above the the pot. Wow not a drop. I was so impressed and I’m a plumbing contractorThe faucet was fitted so well that it could almost fit.I had to order two more faucets for relatives keen to make the same arrangements for their families.I was very pleased with my purchase.Easy to adapt, look and behave well!Love is worth itIt's not too difficult to set up, but balancing it is a challenge.Good purchase and fairly good value.Well-made and easy to install.I am excited about the quality and beauty of this faucet.I'm not disappointed at all!Big deal!
