Absolutely love this sink STILL. I had this installed in 2020. I don’t use the cutting board much but the other two pieces I use daily. Would 100% buy this again. 10/10.I was pleased that this sink just dropped right into the hole from my old, cheap 2 basin stainless steel sink. The sink seems to be well made, and the packaging does a good job to protect the sink during shipping. There was a large piece of cardboard with some pictures on it, I assume that is the cutout template, but there were words on it that indicated that was the case. The clamps that hold the sink to the countertop however would just not work for my installation. I was only able to get clamps to hold on one side and the back of the sink. I had to add 3/4" shims under the countertop to get them to do anything. The spacing is tight on my countertop at the front of the sink, and the clamp design would not allow them to move into position. Traditional "T" rail clamps do not pose a problem though. I'm hoping everything works out, the sink seems awesome, but only time will tell if the sink will stay in position. After a couple of weeks of use now, I have found that the bottom of the sink is so flat that food scraps often sit in the sink and are difficult to wash to the drain, especially if any of the accessories are in place.Comes with everything shown. But has a couple of dents and slightly warped. Used it anywayThis sink is well made and came with a ton of awesome accessories. I only have a few small changes that I'd make.1: Add some sort of sealer to the cutting board. The photos show them sealed, but mine did not come that way.2: Clamps that hook on, not slip and clip in place. I ended up making my own clamps out of 1/4" strips of sheet metal and bending them into a J shape.3: The back of the sink is bent to be higher than the rest of the sink. This caused a 1/4" gap in the back that I could only caulk in. Just make it completely flat4: Change the sink catch basin and drain from Plastic to Metal. When trying to screw the large nut onto the drain, the nut kept slipping and becoming miss threaded. Metal threads and nuts may help fix that.Love the sink. It seems heavier than 18 gauge because of the coating that dampens the sound. I used a carbide tipped 1-3/8 inch holesaw to cut holes for the Watts RO faucet and an undercounter soap pump. The clips that are supplied to hold the sink down are a pain if, like mine the old sink was installed with a gap ring. Due to this I had to have a stainless frame made to make up for the added width cutout. We couldn’t find a Double bowl 33” sink that we liked So this was an easy fix.Plumbing was not bad, but required new p-traps and risers because old and new sinks drain placements were much different. All in all, a high quality 32” (exactly darn it) stainless sink that’s nearly as strong and quiet as a 16 gauge. We also liked all the accessories. I did use Boos cutting board oil and creme to treat the raw cutting board before using it on the sink. This sink looks great and was packaged extremely well. And now that the sink is in I'm mostly happy with it. However, installing it was more complicated than a drop in sink should really be. The directions that come with the sink are four (less than helpful) images on top of the template for cutting the hole in your counter. The clamp hook was too big for the tabs on the sink, so we ended up having to drill into the tabs to fit the tabs. Once the sink is dropped in there is zero space to put the clamps in if you used the template to cut the hole. We ended up cutting out extra space where the tabs on the sink are. We then had to use shims because the clamps did not clamp down tight enough for our install. Again, now that it's in it looks great and I'm happy with it. My only complaint with the sink itself (besides the install) is that it's pretty flat so it's pretty difficult to get little food remnants to run towards the drain. I really like the size of it and the accessories that come with it are nice. Our sink arrived two days ago and it's awesome! It came on time, very well packaged and no parts were missing. It was quite tricky to install for my husband but he stuck with it and got it figured out so we did not have to call a plumber. It is very contemporary looking. I love the how the sink itself and the bowls are squared instead of rounded. It drains quickly. It looks much larger than a normal sink when installed but it fit in a 33" sink base that was modified on the sides to accommodate it. We are in the process of remodeling and were without a kitchen sink or dishwasher. We had a lot of dishes to hand wash and this sink held them all. Can't think of anything negative to say about the quality, looks or functionality of this sink. I highly recommend it.The sink arrived yesterday via UPS. The packaging is amazing - very secure, well padded, foamed corners and thin wood protects this beautiful sink. The sink is also bagged in a soft material to prevent scratches and marks. I order this for an Airstream Trailer Camper I and renovating - It will be a very tight fit but when installed but should look amazing. My commented that she now wants one for our house. Not a big deal but my sink did not come with a "cut out" template. I can not wait to install it this week.
