Love everything about this faucet! Color, quality and function!! Super powerful! If you don’t have a deep sink you may get sprayed. Just need to learn not to turn it on all the way.This is the gold faucet you are looking for. So high end looking with out the price tag. Heavy and solid not plastic at all. Great water pressure and control. I love the hidden spray button and it’s also super easy to clean. My hubby installed this and it was simple. Was worried about gold finish wearing off, but I have used it for at least a year so far and it still looks and works perfect! May have been a little tricky…but my husband installed it himself. After looking and returning numerous other faucets I’m glad I found this one! Definitely worth buying and the price that I paid.This really is a gorgeous faucet and there are no plastic parts. It’s a very tasteful gold, spot on with the other photos posted in these reviews. The only thing I’ll say (and this is not at all the faucet’s fault) is that we had a hard time with the gravity ball that is used for the pull down spray nozzle hose because of where our pipes and water lines are located under our sink. For the gravity ball to hang where it needs to, it was hitting the pipes and getting stuck. We ended up having to secure the gravity ball much higher on the hose than we normally would have, and as a result the nozzle has a much smaller range of motion. It still works fine for us, but if your pipes and water lines are very centrally located and crammed together just be aware you might have to get creative if you’ve never used a faucet like this before, which we had not.Great purchase and value!I had our granite contractor install it and it turned out fabulous. I’ve had it for approximately 2 months and it feels and looks high end. I’m so glad I didn’t buy the $600 faucet that looks exactly the same!!I’ve had this faucet installed now for 3 months. It’s in the laundry room so very little use. I loved the strong flow and look of it, but this morning I woke up to our laundry room flooded and sequentially out finished basement ceiling soaking wet and a puddle in the basement. The leak is coming from the faucet connection below and I just confirmed that with my plumber. The company won’t take it back and send me a brew one OR refund me. They send me a new cartridge and supply hoses and after paying a plumber to come out again, the plumber shouted me they sent me the wrong hose sizes. Now they won’t even respond to me. I am so upset with this faucet and highly recommend to stay away from this company and stick with the name brand faucets. I just bought a MoenI had to cut old faucet out with a grinder. New on requires the securing nut to be only semi tight and then uses two screws to finish securement. I never saw this style before but I really like it as there are no special tools required, just a screwdriver and fingertips.The faucet dripped at first. I contacted Amazon, who contacted the seller, who contacted me. They said they would send a new cartridge, which arrived about a month later. As it turned out, the dripping stopped after about a week. The seals must have been dry and needed moisture to expand and work properly. Great faucet, no rubber switch to wear out, and looks great. High pressure coming out of tap is probably due to decreased volume through the screen (compared to my old one) so you have to get used to not putting on full blast. I bet if I removed the screen (tool came with package) it would act more like I am accustomed to (along with some water waste). But we have gotten used to it and just don’t turn it on full anymore.Highly recommend. Would definitely buy again.We compared this to much more expensive ones we looked at, at the big box stores and it looks just as good as the $400 ones and operates nicely. I reversed the hot and cold as we liked cold being at the frontI really liked the look but unfortunately, I have to pay a plumber for another and also buy a new more costly faucet because this one is dripping water from the black pipe (above the connection). Returning this one...This is such a gorgeous faucet with beautiful details and it’s sturdy. My plumber even asked me where I got it and commented that is was great quality. I am thrilled with this faucet! Installed for 3 months and no issues.
